THE CHALLENGE

Mindset Maintenance is a hyper-local, Portsmouth-based CIC delivering low cost events and workshops to support wellbeing and build resilience to people across the area.

With a loyal but niche audience, they needed help turning their deeply impactful work into content that could extend their reach, increase awareness, and feel as authentic as the service they deliver.

THE MAD PLAN

We focused on producing thoughtful, strategic content, crafted to educate, inspire, and engage.

 

For email, we took the lead on newsletter copy, layout and delivery.

 

For social, we built out content that reflected their values and grew their visibility across Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.

With under 2,000 followers across all platforms, Mindset Maintenance didn’t just punch above their weight...they walloped it.

 

In less than a year, their content reached over 224,000 people, with 63,100 of those coming from Instagram alone. And email? We helped drive a 42.7% growth in subscribers, a jump from 26% to 33.2% in open rates, and a 16% increase in clicks.
