Recruitment Juice is one of the UK’s leading training providers for recruiters. When we got in touch, they were initially considering a freelancer to help them with their visibility problem. But this wasn’t a simple content brief. It required an understanding of the recruitment industry, the audience, and what actually drives engagement and action in this space.

Recruitment Juice had brilliant training content, but their email and social campaigns weren’t cutting through. With internal recruitment underway, they needed an external expert to plug in, power up, and push performance in the right direction.

We utilised our analytical brains to segment lists, boost email health, and A/B test creative elements from subject lines to CTAs, to show Juice what worked and where they should focus their attention.

With a clearer strategy in place, things started to shift quickly. Within three months, open rates climbed from 20% to 25%. But the real standout? Click-throughs didn’t just improve…they quadrupled, jumping from 2.5% to 10%.

And this wasn’t a fluke. It came from more intentional content, sharper messaging, and a structure designed to guide people towards action, not just attention.

Engagement became more consistent, the audience started interacting, not just scrolling, and content stopped being something that “went out" and started actively driving traffic and interest back into the business.
